Healthy Living Gallery

Over the past couple of years, I have embraced a Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle and documented many of the meals I have enjoyed along the way.


This gallery contains hundreds of real-life photos of my breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and everyday meals. You'll find a variety of fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, oatmeal, nuts, seeds, soups, salads, spices and other simple plant-based foods that have become part of my daily life.


These meals are not professionally staged or prepared by a chef. They are practical, affordable, nourishing foods that demonstrate how a Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle can be enjoyed in everyday life and I make them without recipes, I just use what I have at hand - experiment, use intuition, you can start simple (using recipes and then just change things up).
